I wanted something refreshing and summery as the weather gets cold outside, so I made some Lemon Curd this evening, using lemons and one clementine. YUM!

One of the easiest cake recipes I've ever tried, it doesn't look like much but it's like moist buttery heaven in your mouth.
I tried to duplicate one of my favorite soups- Zuppa Toscana from the Olive Garden. It sure turned out excellent. I used the deer sausage from Seth's deer. This soup is probably the worst soup for you that I've ever made- BUT probably the best tasting soup I've ever made. It's nice to have a bowl of hot soup when it is so cold outside. Now, I need to give the rest of it away so I don't eat it all.

I took my parents out to dinner at Texas Road house and dad let me take home his leftover steak. I sliced it into little pieces and put it in a grilled steak and cheese sammich. Delicious!!
